Reliability & Maintenance Engineer 80-100% # This is what you will do: • Ensure the reliability and maintainability of current or modernized systems by conducting risk analyses • Further develop the maintenance program (Preventive Maintenance, calibrations, spare parts, CMMS master data), conduct root cause analyses in the event of failures, and support internal and external audits • Provide technical support and mentoring for engineers and technicians, as well as support for troubleshooting on systems • Create and review specifications for system upgrades and replacement investments • Capacity planning and analysis of system limits of the site infrastructure, development of improvements to increase reliability and efficiency What you bring: • Completed degree in mechanical engineering or similar, as well as at least 3 years of relevant engineering experience • Extensive experience in the field of technical building equipment, e.g., HVAC, cooling systems, and compressed air systems, as well as in capacity planning, system diagnostics, and performance optimization of technical systems • Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and its practical application • Experience with CMMS systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Very good German and English language skills Why Comet?
