Operator Reagents Operations (m/w/d) – GMP / 2-Schicht-Betrieb / Produktion / Montage / Deutsch Project: For our client Roche Diagnostics International AG with its headquarters in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an Operator Reagents Operations (m/w/d) Background: Roche Diagnostics Sensor & Cartridge (S&C) Operations Rotkreuz consists of experts in the manufacture and testing of electrochemical electrodes, thick-layer sensor cartridges, and calibration and cleaning fluids for blood gas analysis devices. Roche's Blood Gas and Electrolyte (BG&E) systems are groundbreaking diagnostic systems that deliver fast and reliable results crucial for patient well-being. They are used in intensive care units, emergency rooms, and neonatal wards, as well as in operating theaters. At Fluid Pack Assembly, up to 80,000 cartridges with various buffer and calibration solutions are produced annually. The production team consists of around 25 people, including 2 shift leaders and 2 team leaders. As an Operator Reagents Operations, you will be responsible for assembling and testing Fluid Packs on semi-automatic machines. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training, has very good German language skills (at least B2), and has a quick grasp and precise, reliable working methods. He or she is motivated, communicative, team-oriented, and service-oriented, and is interested in the entire production chain from start to finish. GxP and production experience round out the profile.
