Internal Sales Clerk (m/f)

For our client in the Burgdorf region, we are looking for a customer-oriented, linguistically strong personality for the internal sales team, effective immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for you as Internal Sales Clerk (m/f) 80-100% Your tasks: • You competently support and advise customers via telephone and email • From precise quotation preparation to successful, complete order processing, the entire process is in your hands • As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal interfaces • You process inquiries and complaints Qualifications Your profile: • A successfully completed basic technical training and further training as a technical merchant • A strong affinity for customer service; ideally, you already have initial experience • Fluent German skills as well as business fluent French, • A resilient organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic phases and appreciates a work culture based on reliability and mutual trust Does that sound interesting to you?
