To strengthen our team, we are looking for an analytically strong and entrepreneurial personality as a Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace Engineer (Human)*. Your tasks – shaping the future together Operation & Further Development: You are responsible for the stable operation and continuous further development of our Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) as well as endpoint management (Intune/Autopilot) in a demanding and security-critical financial environment. Project Responsibility: You independently lead IT projects, such as cloud migrations, security initiatives, or the introduction of AI solutions, and actively help shape our IT roadmap together with the Head IT. Deputy Head IT: You take on responsibility and decision-making authority as the deputy of the Head IT and contribute to ensuring smooth IT operations. Cross-functional Support: You flexibly contribute to adjacent IT areas such as network, server, or support and, together with the team, ensure operational capability at all times. Security & Compliance: You implement modern security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of the reinsurance industry. Innovation: You drive the use of new technologies such as Microsoft Copilot as well as automation and AI solutions, thereby creating real added value for our specialist departments. Strategic Collaboration: You work closely with the Head IT, coordinate external IT partners, and advise our specialist departments on the implementation of digital solutions. Your roots and strengths Completed training or studies (HF/FH) in the field of informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on Microsoft technologies. At least five years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Security), ideally in a regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, or pharma. Experience in leading and successfully implementing IT projects. Broad technical understanding as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with adjacent infrastructure topics (network, server, cloud). Independent, structured, and proactive way of working with high personal responsibility as well as pronounced awareness of quality, security, and compliance. Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of partnership-based cooperation according to the motto «We think together». Very good German skills as well as good English skills (at least B2). Positive personality with high resilience, hands-on mentality, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
