Resident physician in dermatology and venereology – 100%

As a resident physician, you wish to prepare for your postgraduate title and have a strong interest in specializing in dermatology and venereology alongside specialists. Under the supervision of senior physicians, you will take charge with rigor and clinical sense of the patients entrusted to you. You will develop your analytical skills by confronting sometimes complex clinical situations. Thanks to your organizational skills, you will ensure practical activities, clinical and therapeutic interventions, while ensuring strict compliance with internal rules and procedures, with a constant focus on the quality of the medical services provided. Operating in a stimulating and demanding university environment, within a multidisciplinary team, you will also contribute to the training of medical interns. You will collaborate closely with the entire medical care team and ensure the maintenance of clear, fluid, and respectful communication, both with your colleagues and with patients, by adapting your discourse to their needs and understanding. In parallel with your activity, you will benefit from high-quality postgraduate training contributing to the obtaining of your FMH specialist title. In this capacity, you will evolve your training according to the training plan and FMH requirements. You hold a federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Commission des professions médicales of the Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO). You have perfect mastery of the French language (C1 level required) and a very good capacity for written and oral expression. Possessing excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary team and with patients, you are a dynamic, flexible, and committed person. Furthermore, you have demonstrated strong adaptability. You can work both daytime shifts, as well as night and weekend shifts. This position is newly created and is part of the ALTER deployment which aims to ensure the compliance of work organization with the Loi sur le travail (LTr).
