BIM Modeller, Architect (80-100%)

We move in a dynamic environment that combines space for personal development and appreciation.     What you achieve • Creation and development of construction plans • Reliable implementation of standard-compliant execution details • Compliance with regulations and guidelines in the construction industry • Continuous checking of the basic data to be processed and the created plans for correctness and completeness • Support for the project and construction management in the tendering and submission process • Assistance in the creation of reports and final documentation    What you bring • You have completed training as a structural draughtsman or technician. • Planning in 3D/BIM is second nature to you and you have sound knowledge of ArchiCAD. • You have at least 15 years of professional experience in an architectural firm and have very good knowledge of the Swiss construction industry. • You have good German skills in speaking and writing. • You are a team player with an independent and structured way of working.   What we offer you At Rapp, we offer you a unique opportunity to start or further develop your career as a BIM Modeller or Architect in a dynamic and future-oriented environment.
