For a long-standing customer in the Canton of Thurgau we are looking for • Call center agent* Tasks: *-Advice and sale of products and services • Support of customers and building long-term customer relationships • Support with service and repair concerns • Ensuring professional customer care • Implementation of sales targets and ensuring a high service quality Requirements: • Experience in sales and in customer consulting an advantage • Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation • Good communication and consulting skills • Technical understanding an advantage • Goal-oriented, reliable and flexible way of working • Resilience and ability to work in a team • Very good German skills; other languages an advantage I look forward to your application
