As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the engineering, operation, and secure, continuous further development of the ServiceNow On-Premises platforms. Your focus is on stable, standardized, and reproducible operational processes across multiple environments. In close cooperation with Product Owners as well as development and operations teams, you contribute to a secure and stable private cloud infrastructure. • Engineering, operation, and optimization of ServiceNow services and platforms • Ensuring stability, availability, quality, and security in operations • Automation of processes via APIs and CI/CD • Development and operation of Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code solutions • Support in Incident, Problem, and Change Management according to established processes Your Skills • Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Computer Science or an equivalent degree • Several years of experience in the DevOps and infrastructure environment as well as in the operation of server operating systems and relational databases • Practice in automation and CI/CD, for example with Ansible and Git-based pipelines • Experience with enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow On-Premises, including API integration, monitoring, and logging • Analytical and structured, with pleasure in solving complex technical tasks • Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious, you drive continuous improvement forward • Team player and communicative, with confident coordination across team and specialist boundaries • Very good German in speaking and writing, English is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in the home office.
