As part of our day care service promoting openness, decompartmentalization and the development of self-determined life projects, and in order to complete the support team of the Alternative Reception Unit (UAA), we are looking for a Social Educator or MSP Graduate (M/F) at a 80% activity rate. Mission ### You create stimulating reception conditions to ensure that beneficiaries have the greatest possible autonomy in their life path by developing their abilities to know, be and do. You consolidate the specialized activities of the UAA, in the form of workshops among others, by being a quality professional in the accompaniment of beneficiaries. Responsibilities ### • Favor the individual project within the collective. • Accompany the beneficiary in their needs and objectives. • Support learning in the acts of daily life. • Accompany people with psycho-behavioral disorders, pervasive developmental disorders and/or associated mental health issues. • Be able to make proposals in the animation of creative and well-being activities. • Collaborate with families and curators, giving them a place as a partner: development of the beneficiary's individual project and its implementation. • Systemic work with all networks. • Monitoring of the beneficiary's file. • Ensure administrative tasks related to the functioning of the service. Desired Profile ### • Diploma in social work at ES or HES level, ASE. • Experience in a day care structure and knowledge of Makaton training, a plus. • In-depth knowledge of TSA and specific support (communication, Teacch, etc.). • Ease in team work and communication, organization and task sharing. • Versatility, reliability and dynamism. • Good knowledge of computer science and Microsoft Office programs. • Driving license required.
