• 31 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • German (Elementary) • Aeschenplatz 13, 4052 Basel Your field of action • Continuous design and development of our data-driven organization by bringing in your own ideas • Development of scalable Data Warehouse and reporting solutions (with Data Vault, dbt and Spark) • Integration of data from different sources and development of reliable data pipelines • Ensuring data quality for reporting and analytics (with Power BI) • Optimization of existing business processes in terms of performance, stability and data quality • Participation in the evolution of our system landscape towards a modern cloud architecture • Contribution to topics such as governance, CI/CD and engineering standards • Close collaboration with business departments and support in data-based decisions Your experience • Several years of experience in Data Engineering or in a similar role, ideally in a cloud environment • Experience in the implementation and development of Data Warehouse or Analytics solutions • Knowledge of relevant technologies (Databricks, Spark, dbt, Azure Data Factory, SQL or Python) • Experience in the creation and optimization of data pipelines and ELT processes • Understanding of data quality, governance and structured data models (e.g. Data Vault is an advantage) • Experience with modern development practices (e.g. CI/CD, Git) is a plus • Taste for collaboration with different stakeholders and the joint search for solutions • Structured and autonomous way of working as well as interest in continuous development Your advantages • Credible, direct and forward-looking: as a cooperative, we cultivate agility, feedback, individual responsibility and continuous learning.
