On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a Mechanic Trainer (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the training of apprentices and employees on turning technologies. • You will lead inter-company courses and accompany apprentices in their progress. • You will participate in the design and improvement of training supports and programs. • You will regularly evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired and ensure their follow-up. • You will contribute to the development of good pedagogical practices and the evolution of technical content. • You will keep your knowledge up to date to ensure training that is in line with the technologies and requirements of the profession. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in mechanics (4 years) or a deemed equivalent qualification. • You have solid experience in setting up, adjusting and changing tools on Tornos and Citizen type turning machines. • You ideally have experience in training or accompanying apprentices. • You are comfortable with programming - knowledge of machining and grinding is an asset. • You have good relational skills and know how to adapt your communication to different audiences. • You are recognized for your pedagogy, your enthusiasm for transmitting your knowledge and your ability to establish a climate of trust. • You demonstrate openness, listening and a real willingness to develop the skills of others.
