What awaits you • In a team of four people, directly reporting to Management, you will autonomously handle complex professional liability cases, particularly for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, and IT service providers • Your area of responsibility will also include the processing of claims related to directors' liability, cybercrime, and breach of trust • Your activity will notably include the clarification of facts, the legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, but also conducting negotiations with injured parties and their legal representatives and, if necessary, supporting judicial proceedings • Furthermore, you will provide support to underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and be required to give presentations during seminars What you bring • You are proactive and have a team spirit, you know how to assert yourself and negotiate, studying files is a challenge you enjoy taking on • Thanks to your great analytical skills and your ability to quickly grasp complex problems, you are able to resolve them quickly • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage • You are a lawyer and the holder of a Swiss bar admission, you have a few years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, the judicial field, or insurance) • An affinity with IT as well as knowledge of civil liability law, company law, and accounting are a plus that will perfectly complement your profile What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
