HES Lecturer for the Nursing program

In this context, we are looking for a HES Lecturer for the Nursing program MAIN MISSIONS Reporting to the Nursing program, you assume, develop and deliver teaching and their evaluation, essentially in the Bachelor programs in Nursing, APS or continuing education and postgraduate training, notably in the extra-hospital field, home and community care or medico-social establishment. In addition, you participate in the pedagogical monitoring of students and provide them with pedagogical support in particular situations. You maintain and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for the quality of your teaching by maintaining strong contact with practical environments and participate in research or pedagogical innovation projects. The evolution of health professions also requires you to develop national and international relationships contributing to the influence of HESAV. DESIRED PROFILE You hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, completed by a Master of Science in Nursing. In addition, you justify at least 5 years of experience in the field of extra-hospital nursing care and benefit from didactic training which can be a real additional asset for this position. You demonstrate a spirit of mutual aid and collaboration combined with good organization and time management.
