Your challenge In your role as an Energy Industry Specialist, a versatile and varied everyday working life awaits you. After careful induction, you will gradually take on responsibility for exciting customer projects and support our customers in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will check measurement and energy data, reports as well as data sets and ensure high data quality. Your area of responsibility also includes the setup and further development of energy industry processes, the connection of peripheral systems as well as the creation and analysis of data evaluations. You will provide advisory support to your customers on technical and process-related questions and accompany them through various challenges. Depending on the project, you will work virtually or directly on-site with the customers. Additionally, you will contribute your know-how in processing demanding support cases and make an important contribution to sustainable customer care.
