For our modern and centrally located site in the Konnex building in Baden, we are looking for a Head of Fiduciary / Partner (a) Head of Fiduciary / Partner (a) Your tasks You lead and shape our fiduciary location in Baden and act as a strong personality in a partner function within OBT You lead a dedicated team of around 13 employees, develop talents further and promote a culture of quality and personal responsibility You actively position OBT in the Baden region in the market and build sustainable customer relationships You work actively in daily business yourself and cover the entire spectrum of the fiduciary area: closing and tax consulting, controlling, succession arrangements as well as business administration consulting and support etc. Your profile You bring several years of experience in a fiduciary company and know the industry inside out.
