Your field of action • Direction and development of the strategy for Suisse Romandie for RUAG, participation in the strategic orientation of RUAG-MRO-Holding-AG • Conducting business development activities in Suisse Romandie • Management and maintenance of relations with stakeholders in the security market in Switzerland (focus Romandie), emphasizing political bodies at national and cantonal levels, associations, interest groups, etc. • Consolidation of existing relations and creation of new relations with assigned key partners • Representation of RUAG-MRO-Holding-AG at conferences and trade fairs, as well as participation in the organization and implementation of events related to Suisse Romandie • Support and coordination of the Business Segments' activities in Romandie • Support and advice to all operational units of RUAG-MRO-Holding-AG on strategic issues relating to Suisse Romandie. Your contribution • University or higher education degree: Master of Science in business administration, additional training in marketing or sales • Person of integrity with natural charisma • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), professional proficiency in French and German • Knowledge of market trends, competitors and new requirements of the security sector in Switzerland • Military career as an officer, an additional asset.
