• 03 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Zurich Real Estate Financing Solutions, based in Zurich, is the Center of Excellence for mortgages and real estate financing and is the central authority for this business area for the entire Private Client Unit. The mortgage sector is an integral part of the bank's global advisory approach for wealthy private clients, complementing its existing investment and wealth management offering. As Head of Real Estate Financing Solutions, you play a key role in the construction and development of the Advisory & Structuring of Financing function. Furthermore, you support Relationship Managers in advising private clients on all aspects of mortgages and real estate financing. You develop financing solutions, advise on mortgage strategies and pricing issues, structure complex financing transactions, and ensure that high-quality and creditworthy credit requests and files are submitted to Credit Management. In this role, you contribute significantly to the quality of advice provided to clients, to client satisfaction, to process efficiency, and to the sustainable credit quality of the bank's mortgage portfolio.
