In doing so, you will work closely with different business areas and gain exciting insights into the risk management of a Kantonalbank. Student* Assistant Risk Office 40 - 60%, fixed-term for one year # What you will achieve • You will support the optimization and setting up of internal risk processes • You will participate in the further development of the Internal Control System (IKS) in the area of operational risks • You will actively participate in the creation of risk analyses for credit, liquidity, and interest rate risks. • You will work on regulatory projects and assist, for example, in improving operational resilience (e.g., in the area of information security risks) or in measuring sustainability risks. • You will work closely with the risk experts in the different risk types. What you bring with you • You are still studying or already have a Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or university with a quantitative, economic, or Banking & Finance orientation. • Ideally, you bring initial banking experience. • With your analytical thinking skills, you quickly grasp complex relationships and work through them in a structured manner. • Your high willingness to learn, a methodical approach, and high initiative help you to achieve impact in your work. • You work carefully, reliably, and like to take on responsibility. • Ideally, you already have initial knowledge of "R" or Python and want to use these for quantitative questions.
