You represent our wellness thermal bath with your cheerful manner, your host's heart, and your sense for a harmonious guest experience. In September, we are starting with a new restaurant concept in hybrid service. You are decisively involved in the co-design, introduction, and opening and actively bring your experience into the development of the new service processes. You look after and advise our guests warmly, attentively, and professionally in our gastronomy areas. You carry out orders depending on the area in self-service as well as à la carte service. You work actively in the restaurant as well as in the bar/lounge and ensure a well-groomed, personal, and efficient service. You help design the introduction of our new restaurant concept and help to successfully anchor processes, standards, and guest experiences. You advise our guests competently on our food and beverage selection and provide recommendations confidently. You undertake cash and daily closing tasks carefully and responsibly. You consistently comply with hygiene, quality, and HACCP standards. You support events as well as seasonal offers in the indoor and outdoor areas. You work across departments, pitch in, and think along when it comes to further developing our F&B offering. What I wish for from you: You have completed training in the hospitality/hotel industry (comparatively EFZ/EBA) or bring several years of experience in service. You have experience in à la carte service and feel comfortable in a restaurant as well as a bar/lounge environment. You bring joy to consulting, sales, and active guest contact. You communicate very well in German, English skills are an advantage, we are happy about further languages. You know the most important hygiene and quality standards and work cleanly, reliably, and in a structured manner. You are flexible in your deployment and ready to work mostly in the evenings as well as on weekends and public holidays. How you should tick as a service employee? Your salary If you bring the necessary knowledge and experience for this position, we would be pleased to make you a fair salary offer between CHF 58'500 and 62'400 (100% workload). If you do not meet all the requirements, we are also happy to receive your application. In this case, your starting salary may lie slightly below this range.
