Your area of responsibility: • Infrastructural & technical facility management (cleaning work, garden maintenance, care of technical building systems, winter service, etc.) • Administrative tasks (creating reports, tenant letters, malfunction reports, etc.) • On-call duties according to schedule • Continuous guarantee of our high-quality service • Operation of various machines and tools • Replenishment / supply of cleaning material and equipment Div. organizational tasks What you bring with you: • Experience in infrastructural & technical facility management • Experience in building cleaning & garden maintenance • MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Driver's license category B (mandatory) • Good German skills (oral & written) • Very good physical condition (required) • Customer-oriented, efficient and independent way of working • Readiness for unforeseen work assignments • Well-groomed appearance as well as good manners • Reliability, punctuality and sense of duty are among your personal values
