Your tasks ## • You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 5-10 experts in modeling, drawing creation, simulation, and product data management. You combine leadership with operational engineering expertise • You plan and control resources for projects/changes and ensure efficient implementation • You bring new ideas and approaches for future SCHOTT products into implementation • With your team, you continuously develop methods, processes, and tools. You ensure the standard-compliant and efficient creation and maintenance of models, documents, and data and define binding standards (e.g. drawings using ISO GPS) • You actively contribute your expertise to development, organizational, and IT projects and assess technical feasibility • You maintain an internal and external network with specialist groups, internal customers, and suppliers Your profile ## • You have a technical degree or a comparable qualification • You have leadership experience and assertiveness, with a confident appearance in front of management bodies • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in construction • You convince through your communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) • You have in-depth knowledge of production- and application-oriented design of plastic injection-molded parts • You have experience in simulating mechanical behavior and injection molding processes • You have knowledge of product data management (PDM/PLM) and are familiar with the relevant standards and their application (e.g. ISO GPS) • From your professional past, you have knowledge of CAx systems Your benefit ## As open as SCHOTT is to your development, our offer of additional benefits is just as comprehensive.
