Production Planner (a) Microelectronics Zürich City Microdul AG in Zürich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Module, Semiconductors and Thick Film. Your tasks Planning and release of production orders (incl. preparing material) Confirming delivery dates as well as responsibility for their compliance Placing orders with external processors and ensuring timely delivery Contact person for customers regarding all questions related to delivery dates and deliveries Interface between production, quality assurance, development and logistics Key User for the introduction of the new ERP system (Pro Alpha) in the planning area Maintenance of master data in the ERP system as well as processing of inquiries regarding Conflict Material Support of purchasing in the follow-up of overdue component deliveries General support of the other areas within the department during holiday absences or high workload Participation in projects for process improvement along the entire logistics chain as well as assistance with customer inventories Deputizing for the Sales Administration & Administration clerk What you bring with you Completed training as Kauffrau/-mann EFZ with corresponding further training 3+ years of professional experience in production planning, ideally in medical technology or electronics manufacturing Independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
