Job Description Design and produce technical media meeting the highest quality standards, Present and demonstrate the operation of our equipment to clients, visitors, and partners, Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our solutions by proposing new ideas and avenues for evolution, Support and train users in processes and best practices, Contribute to the implementation of training programs and the deployment of equipment on site, Ensure regular follow-up of projects and share their progress with the relevant teams. Profile sought We are looking for a person recognized as much for their technical skills as for their human qualities: High sense of professional ethics and quality Excellent communication skills Taste for collaborative work Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems Proactive and solution-oriented attitude Your background Technical training in the fields of graphic arts, printing, engineering, mechanics, chemistry or equivalent, Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a printing environment, Very good level of English (C1) and basic knowledge of French; another European language is a real advantage Mastery of common office tools.
