The nationally managed Human Resources department is responsible for and manages the personnel matters of the entire SRG. Human Resources accompanies the employees of SRG in all personnel issues, offers a contemporary range of initial and further training, and is responsible for the holistic implementation of state-of-the-art HR core processes. This is your contribution #### We are looking for a Specialist Occupational Health Management (BGM) for a position limited to two years in the Culture & Organizational Development team, starting immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will accompany managers, teams, and organizational units in change and development processes. A particular focus is on the further development of Occupational Health Management as well as the promotion of a healthy and sustainable organization.
