You monitor the operating facilities, put systems into operation, detect malfunctions and take measures to rectify them. You revise and maintain machines and equipment. After a training phase, you will perform standby duty independently. You support the operations manager in management tasks, in ensuring operations and in various projects. You take over the management of one of the two wastewater treatment plants in Birsfelden and Therwil on an alternating basis. You assume deputy tasks during the absence of the operations manager.
