So if you are a motivated and highly enthusiastic person, join the clan for the position of Responsable commercial bâtiment (H/F/D)* Your mission: • Ensure the follow-up of customer requests and commercial opportunities • Analyze the technical needs of customers and propose adapted solutions • Control, validate and monitor commercial and technical offers • Ensure the consistency of prices, margins, deadlines and commitments made • Participate in the development of the company's turnover • Negotiate with customers and ensure follow-up until the conclusion of deals • Engage the company in projects by validating and signing offers • Maintain a trust relationship with customers, partners and prescribers • Work closely with management, the technical office and operational teams • Ensure regular reporting on commercial activity, ongoing offers and development prospects Now if we talked about you? • Proven experience in a commercial or technical-commercial function in a technical building environment • Ability to understand technical offers, plans, site constraints and regulatory requirements • Ease in customer relations, negotiation and deal follow-up • Sense of responsibility and ability to engage the company with discernment • Excellent reactivity and ability to manage several files in parallel • Autonomous profile, structured, results-oriented and solution-oriented • Good communication with internal teams and management • Hold a valid driver's license, travel to Canton of Genève and Suisse Romande Your contact: Your contact for this position is Matthieu.
