Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Maintain and optimize the Internal Control System (IKS) in methodological and organizational terms • Define IKS requirements for finance-relevant business processes and coordinate them with business process management • Support and review the implementation of IKS control instruments and processes • Support executive management and directorates as a second line of defense with procedures, organizational processes, and modeling tools • Be the contact person for all IKS matters within the administrative unit and towards external bodies • Take on special tasks in the field of controlling and risk management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed business administration training in finance and accounting at university of applied sciences level or comparable • Several years of professional experience in finance and process management with in-depth knowledge in the area of IKS • Knowledge of project and process management as well as agile methods; experience with modeling tools such as Innovator or Bpanda is an advantage • Good knowledge of SAP finance modules and the modeling methodology of the Confederation (MMB) • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as high independence and team orientation • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a nutshell You take responsibility where it counts: at the interface between strategy and practice -- and shape an IKS that an entire administrative unit trusts.
