To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who tackles wood construction with passion, craftsmanship, and joy, and implements unique projects together with us. Carpenter: Foreman 100% This is your field of action • You support WRZ-Holzbau GmbH in an executive capacity and report directly to the project manager • You take care of a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility (general carpentry work in new and renovation construction) • You relieve the project management by being in direct contact with the building owner on the construction site (receiving plans, showing execution options) • You lead the construction site team on site and assign tasks, are responsible for the quality of the execution, and make decisions in agreement with the managing director and project manager • You carry out the office and administrative work that arises in your area This is what you bring • Completed vocational training EFZ with further training as a carpenter foreman/polier (or motivation to start soon) and at least 5 years of professional experience • Enthusiasm for new and renovation construction: from single-family houses to public buildings such as schools and kindergartens.
