Service Technician Battery & BESS

We are further expanding our Battery Service and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) team and are looking for a motivated, technically skilled Service Technician to strengthen our team. This is a practice-oriented field service role at the center of the energy transition. You will maintain state-of-the-art battery and energy storage systems for a variety of customers and projects in Switzerland and beyond. Service Technician Battery & BESS Your tasks Service, diagnosis and maintenance of battery packs and BESS plants, both stationary and vehicle-based systems Carrying out commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on high-voltage battery systems on-site at the customer's location Supporting new energy projects, including grid-connected BESS, integration of renewable energies and EV-related service programs Careful documentation of service activities, reporting on results and professional communication with customers Regular travel to project and service locations in Switzerland and internationally — field service is a central component of this position Participation in and completion of training and certification programs from battery manufacturers — continuous learning is expected and supported What we are looking for Required Proven technical experience with batteries, high-voltage electrical systems or power electronics Professional background as a vehicle technician, EV technician or in a similar practice-oriented technical profession Valid driver's license, at least category B Genuine interest in new energies — you want to be part of the energy transition and not just fill a position Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly nationally and internationally Openness to manufacturer training and certification programs — you view learning as part of the work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field Work permit for Switzerland and the EU Advantageous — not mandatory Experience with BESS, solar, wind or other renewable energy systems Familiarity with BMS software (Battery Management Systems) and diagnostic tools Knowledge of electrical safety standards relevant to high-voltage systems (CEI, IEC) Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage What we offer Attractive salary that reflects your experience and professional competence Real development opportunities in a dynamic, future-oriented industry Manufacturer training and certifications fully covered by the company A supportive, competent team working on meaningful projects in the field of new energies International experience — you will work on diverse projects throughout Europe How to apply Please send your CV and a short introduction to: Write e-mail (<>) We look forward to hearing from you. jpid6ccd8adjm jit0731jm jiy26jm
