At our location in Lausen, we are looking for a reliable Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Workload: 100% Entry: immediately or by agreement Your challenge: As Senior Project Manager, you take over the overall responsibility for demanding and cross-departmental projects. You control projects from initialization to successful implementation and ensure that goals regarding quality, costs and deadlines are achieved. In doing so, you act as a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and create the conditions for sustainable project successes. Your main tasks: Leadership and control of complex projects and investment projects across the entire project lifecycle Responsibility for budget, deadlines, quality and project results Planning, coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Identification, evaluation and control of project risks as well as development of suitable measures Active stakeholder and change management to ensure acceptance and successful implementation of projects Creation and presentation of decision-making bases, status reports and management reviews Accompaniment of certification and transformation projects Ensuring professional project governance as well as application of established project management standards and methods Your profile: Several years of experience in leading complex projects with proven responsibility for budget, deadlines and quality Experience in the implementation of investment projects and ideally certification or transformation projects In-depth knowledge of established project management methods and frameworks such as IPMA, HERMES, Agile, Scrum or comparable Outstanding competencies in risk, stakeholder and change management High degree of personal responsibility as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication and moderation skills as well as a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels Technical understanding or experience in technically oriented environments is an advantage Industry knowledge in the areas of telecommunications, power grid construction or infrastructure is a plus Your perspective: We offer you a challenging and varied activity in a growing company, where you can use your skills and knowledge optimally.
