Fritz Gonzalez founded the company in 2006. In the early days, together with one employee, he focused on service work and repairs of butchery machines. New to this was the sale of new and used machines from well-known manufacturers as well as the associated spare parts. In 2015, Fritz Gonzalez developed a semi-automatic hamburger machine, the Gonzo Press. With this in-house production, we were able to expand our range of products with a highly sought-after product. We were able to expand our in-house productions in the following years. As of 01.08.2026, our location will be in Frick AG, a few minutes by car from the A3. We offer our products and services throughout Switzerland. What you bring with you: • You carry out service, maintenance, and service work on machines at the customer's site or in Frick. This includes testing and adjustment work, fault rectification including carrying out repairs, ordering spare parts, and documenting your work in our designated process descriptions. • You are independent, team-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. • You convince through your conscientious and reliable working style, a professional appearance, and high customer orientation. • In addition to stylistically confident German, French and English skills are an advantage. • Your basic mechanical training or further training gives you the necessary technical expertise to act as the first point of contact for technical questions from customers. • You possess basic mechanical training with a technical flair or have a technical background with corresponding further training. Our customers will appreciate your competent and personal advice. • A completed vocational training as an electromechanic, technician, or automation technician • A very good technical understanding • Flexibility, as we are active throughout Switzerland • German as a native language, French is an advantage • Quick comprehension and solution-oriented action • High organizational skills and an independent way of working • Willingness to travel and overnight stays in hotels, driving license B mandatory, BE an advantage What awaits you: • We offer you a varied working day with a dynamic and experienced team. • You support us in revising motors, pumps, etc. and in maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning work of butchery machines. • Installation and commissioning of new machines. • You look after our customers on site and receive corresponding support requests. • You handle the associated correspondence professionally and stylistically confidently.
