Commis de cuisine LOFT99/Caterings & Restaurant Cresta Run

The Alpine Restaurants include the Cresta Run in Celerina, the LOFT99 in S-chanf and the Piste 21 with the associated Camping Gravatscha in Samedan. Since 1999, the family business has successfully relied on modern Alpine chic and an informal ambiance. To support our team, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine for the 2026/2027 winter season for our operations LOFT99 & Caterings in S-chanf & Cresta Run in Celerina. Your tasks: • Support in the preparation and presentation of food • Collaboration in the banquet and catering sector • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards • Mise en Place and general kitchen organization Your profile: • Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or comparable experience • Passion for fresh and creative cuisine • Team spirit, resilience and joy in working at events • Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours We offer: • Working in a modern event hall with varied assignments in catering • Creative working environment with space for your own ideas • Fair employment conditions in the beautiful Engadin Interested?
