Shift Leader Logistics (m/f/d) - Transshipment & Team Leadership Region Schwarzenbach (SG) - Try & Hire Our client is one of the leading Swiss players in the field of transport and warehouse logistics. For the location in the Schwarzenbach region, we are looking for a strong personality with leadership qualities who controls the operational transshipment with foresight and team spirit. Your tasks: Focus & Responsibility In this position, you are the linchpin in shift operations. Together with another shift leader, you share the responsibility: one takes care of the rail side, the other the road side. • Operational management: Leadership and motivation of a team of 5 to 10 employees. • Process control: Ensuring a smooth transshipment while meeting quality and deadline specifications. • Administration: Skilled handling of SAP, MS Teams, and the Office 365 suite. • Communication: Close coordination within the team and with adjacent departments in a flat hierarchy. • Working hours: Flexibility is key • Main shift: Late shift from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm. • Flexibility: Depending on the operational situation, you will work relief shifts in the staggered shift (3:00 pm to 12:00 am). Qualifications Your profile: Character before certificate We are looking for someone who not only convinces professionally but also fits in with the team on a personal level. • Experience: You have in-depth practical experience in logistics and initial leadership experience. • IT skills: Secure handling of modern EDV systems (SAP knowledge is mandatory). • Personality: You are a team player, communicate at eye level, and remain calm even in hectic situations. • Age: Ideally, you are 30 years or older and bring the corresponding maturity for this key position.
