Learn more about UZH as an employer! ### Tasks As Product & Content Manager, you will take on the functional and strategic responsibility for the UZH-Intranet (UZHub) and further develop it as the central communication and collaboration platform of the University of Zurich. As deputy Product Owner, you define the product strategy and roadmap, prioritize requirements from the university units, and coordinate the implementation of new functions in cooperation with the Central IT. You analyze usage data, optimize content and functions, and ensure compliance with governance and quality guidelines. Additionally, you supervise and advise the community of Content Managers, support them in their projects, and promote professional exchange. In addition, you are responsible for the creation and further development of selected content and support the news managers of the intranet in the newsroom of the Communications department. Profile Ideally, you have a university degree or a comparable qualification in communication, information science, digital business, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in responsibility for digital platforms, intranets, or collaboration solutions. Ideally, you bring experience in product management and content management as well as knowledge of SharePoint-based solutions. You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented and know how to translate different requirements into sustainable solutions. Thanks to your strong communication and advisory competence, you succeed in bringing different stakeholders together and actively shaping changes. Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
