We regularly look for profiles eager to invest themselves at our clients' sites To strengthen the IT team of one of our clients based in Montreux, we are looking for a IT Team Leader M/F You will ensure the leadership of the support team (3 technicians) with a good mastery of infrastructure environments, workstations, hardware, business applications. Your role will be to guarantee the functioning of the IT park and the best service to users within the strategic line and governance defined by our client. Missions: • Lead IT support (N1, N2, N3): workstations, printers, peripherals, smartphones, tablets, meeting rooms. • Lead hardware support: laptops, desktops, screens, docking stations, printers, scanners, USB peripherals, mobile phones, meeting equipment, basic cabling and hardware diagnostics • Lead the support of specific business applications • Lead the hardware lifecycle management: reception, inventory, allocation, replacement, return, warranty tracking and supplier coordination. • Lead and manage infrastructure projects • Team management, definition of objectives, management and monitoring of schedules Profile sought: • Holder of a degree in computer science or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position • Mastery of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Modern Desktop / Modern Workplace environments. • Mastery of Azure AD / Entra ID, ideally in a hybrid environment with local Active Directory. • Solid notions in infrastructure: network, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, shares, NTFS rights. • Ability to lead and manage a technical team on a daily basis • Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure presentations to members of management • Good communicator, listening skills, user-oriented, stress resistance • Organizational capacity, autonomous and able to make decisions • English: B2 minimum - International environment Why apply? • Pleasant working environment with a view of the lake • Varied and interesting projects • Human-sized team • 5 weeks of leave Is this opportunity interesting to you?
