Become *part of our team of over 300 employees* and strengthen us as: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: • You analyze and process AVS/AI benefit requests • You inform insured persons by telephone and/or at our reception • You collaborate with various service providers and social insurance institutions • You write correspondence in German and French. What you bring to HOTELA: • You have completed a commercial training of CFC type or considered equivalent. Training as a social insurance generalist is an asset • Your native language is German or French with at least a C1 level in the second language. Italian is an asset • You are a responsible, organized, structured, and autonomous person • You enjoy teamwork and wish to evolve within a pleasant and convivial environment • You master the use of standard IT tools. Your tasks : • You check and process benefit applications in the AHV/IV area • You provide information to our insured persons by telephone as well as at the reception • You work closely with various service providers and social insurance carriers • You write correspondence in German and French Your profile : • Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification; further training in the field of social insurances is an advantage • Native language German or French with very good knowledge (min.
