As a member of our Invoice Automation team, you accompany our clients from the analysis of their needs, through design and implementation, to the operation and continuous development of their solution. You combine process understanding, consulting skills, and technical know-how to ensure that our solutions create lasting added value. In collaboration with our clients, you automate business processes, integrate systems, and design modern digital processes for accounts payable management. What you will do with us • You analyze client requirements and develop suitable approaches in the field of invoice automation. • You advise clients on process optimization, automation potential, and integration possibilities. • You configure and implement Basware's Best-of-Breed invoice automation solution in client projects, from launch to deployment. • You implement change requests and assist your clients in the operation and support requests regarding their solutions. • You participate in the connection of ERP and third-party systems and support our clients not only on technical questions related to the solution itself, but also on interfaces and integrations. • You actively share your know-how within the invoice automation team and continuously contribute to the evolution of our services with experiences from client missions and projects as well as new ideas. • You support our sales team in effort estimations, technical questions, and pre-sales activities. What characterizes you • You are customer- and service-oriented, helpful, and demonstrate a good dose of patience. • You are proactive, structured, and know how to prioritize your tasks easily. Working autonomously with regular team coordination is a matter of course for you. • You possess technical understanding in the field of business applications, interfaces, and system integrations and have already acquired professional experience in a similar position. • You have knowledge in finance, accounts payable, or in the field of ERP systems. • You have completed or ongoing training in (business) informatics or an equivalent qualification. • You master German and English orally and in writing in a professional context.
