Your main responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate a team of landscapers on various construction sites. • Participate in the design and planning of landscaping projects. • Ensure the monitoring of work execution within deadlines and budgets. • Guarantee the quality and safety of interventions carried out in the field. • Interact with clients to advise them and keep them informed of project progress. • Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and techniques used. Your profile: • Proven experience as a landscaper, ideally in a team leader role. • Mastery of landscaping techniques and project management. • Sense of organization, ability to work under pressure, and priority management. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for nature and sensitivity to environmental issues. • Diploma in landscaping or a related field.
