You act as the central interface between logistics, customers, and external IT partners for support, optimization, and development requests. You continuously analyze and optimize our logistics and warehouse processes to increase efficiency and quality. You actively participate in customer integrations, system expansions, and digitalization projects. You plan and organize the implementation of new functionalities in the LVS through consultation with the external service provider, independent configuration, and training of users. You bear responsibility for the hardware used in the logistics area and ensure its reliable operation. What do you need to feel comfortable in the position? Training in the field of logistics, informatics, or comparable qualification. Work experience with warehouse management systems, warehousing, or contract logistics. Good knowledge of IT systems and ideally EDI interfaces. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. High degree of independence, teamwork skills, and service orientation.
