Employee Nursing Grants (temporary) Mittelschul\- und Berufsbildungsamt Employee Nursing Grants (temporary) 40% FORWARD-LOOKING AND NETWORKED THINKING The Mittelschul\- und Berufsbildungsamt is the competence and service center for vocational training, gymnasiums, higher vocational training, and continuing education in the Canton of Zürich. We support and supervise the middle schools, the vocational schools, the providers of vocational preparatory years, and the training companies. We are looking for an Employee Nursing Grants (40%) as of 1. November 2026 (limited to 4 months). Your area of responsibility You will participate in the implementation of the nursing initiative in the Canton of Zürich and support the awarding of nursing grants for students to secure their livelihood. The substantive examination and processing of the digitally incoming applications is your core task. You are the contact person for applicants to clarify open questions via various communication channels. Additionally, we welcome it if you contribute creative ideas to product communication and implement them where possible (e.g., design and further development of our digital communication channels such as website, explanatory videos, and newsletters). Your profile You would like to gain initial professional experience or have already gained experience and/or are currently in a professional transition phase. You are IT-savvy, enjoy working in an organized manner, and enjoy supporting people. In doing so, you approach tasks carefully, in a structured and independent manner and value contact with customers. You bring initiative, like to think creatively and want to achieve something positive with your work. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and uncomplicatelly and contribute to good cooperation. Experience or interest in the field of communication, digital media, or mediamatics is a plus.
