EMPLOYEE LEGAL, COMPLIANCE \& RISK (80\-100%) We are looking for a team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with a strong "hands\-on\-mentality" as well as high initiative. In this versatile and responsible function, you will support the Head of the Legal, Compliance \& Risk staff unit in all work within the framework of implementing regulatory requirements as well as day-to-day business. Your varied area of responsibility includes: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through the implementation of laws, ordinances, and FINMA circulars into the bank's internal rulebook Advising and supporting the various departments of the bank in legal and regulatory matters Reviewing customer documentation (KYC) within the framework of VSB / GwG and performing risk assessments of GmeR and TmeR Identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of market, credit, interest rate, liquidity, and operational risks Management of the bank's Internal Control System (IKS) Monitoring the activities of portfolio management within the framework of investment controlling Planning and conducting internal training on regulatory topics For this exciting activity, we ideally expect: Completed legal or economic studies at a university (Uni / FH / HF) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the area of Legal, Compliance \& Risk of a bank In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment of a bank (FINMA, SNB) Proficiency in common MS Office programs You have a confident, polished, and friendly appearance. With your competent and trustworthy charisma, you are a solution-oriented and cross-departmental contact person. A quality- and service-oriented approach, analytical thinking skills, as well as a structured and reliable way of working characterize you.
