L’Orif is present in Swiss Romandy with 10 training sites and more than 560 collaborators. For our Vernier site, we are looking for: a master in restoration at 100%. Mission: Ensure practical and theoretical training of young people in specialized apprenticeships, Accompany beneficiaries during the mid-day service and during various events, Participate in their professional orientation, Develop and implement individualized socioprofessional projects, Write reports for the placement offices, Collaborate with the internal and external network, Manage the budgetary and administrative aspects of the sector, Participate in the operation of the restaurant in collaboration with the dining room team, Participate in banquets in the evening, Search for internship positions, maintain and develop a network of partner companies. Profile and skills: Minimum: CFC specialist in restoration or CFC in hospitality and reception, Possess MSP ES or Socioprofessional Accompanist diplomas or be willing to train, Master HACCP standards, Recent experience of at least 5 years in restaurant service, Motivation to work and train young people in difficulty, Dynamic person with a creative spirit, Adaptability and real ability to work in a team, Good writing, analysis and synthesis skills, Mastery of MS Office computer tool, Flexibility in terms of schedules, possibly working in the evening and on weekends.
