In this versatile function, you will actively help shape the internal training in the credit business and make an important contribution to the professional development of our employees. Participation in the planning, prioritization, and further development of the annual training content. Conception and creation of target-group-oriented learning formats and training materials (evaluating needs, defining learning objectives, development of presentations and use cases, construction of e-learnings, etc.).
