To complement our sales department, we are looking for a field sales specialist to care for our diverse customer base, ranging from kitchen builders, carpenters, glaziers, interior construction companies to interior architects, effective immediately or by agreement. Sales Consultant in the Field 100% (w/m) Region: German-speaking Switzerland Your tasks and responsibilities You will care for our diverse customer base: kitchen builders, carpenters, glaziers, metalworkers, interior construction companies, and interior architects. You will advise customers competently, show them new possibilities, and help them find the best possible solutions. You will be on the road for about 80% of your time, visiting customers and acquiring new customers. You will promote digitalization, create flawless reports, take care of your efficient weekly planning, and ensure the sales manager receives flawless reports. Your profile and competencies You are not only a salesperson but also a technical advisor and preferably have training in the construction or related industry, for example, as a glazier, carpenter, metalworker, architectural draftsman, sanitary installer, or similar. You live in German-speaking Switzerland, have a high willingness to travel, and also like to travel to Ticino about 10 times a year. You speak German fluently, ideally also Austrian and Italian. You are independent, organized, structured, results-oriented, and communicative. Motivation, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and versatility in materials, as well as creativity for flexible individual solutions, are also your characteristics.
