Responsible for Communication and Institutional Fundraising

The association family-help offers individual and group therapies, a daily structure and social work support for particularly vulnerable refugees (children, adolescents and families). You can get a first impression at www.family-help.ch. We are a motivated interdisciplinary team and our therapy offers are regularly scientifically evaluated. As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a new team colleague as: Responsible for Communication and Institutional Fundraising 60-80 percent These are your main tasks: • Responsible for fundraising: Planning and realization of fundraising activities including research and acquisition of new funding partners, contact and relationship management, database maintenance, reporting and controlling • Responsible for communication: Ensuring a uniform appearance, development, planning and realization of communication measures and promotional materials (including website, annual report, social media flyers) • Support of the management in the areas of strategy and financial planning, evaluation, networking and network maintenance. Ideally, you bring with you: • Identification with the values and goals of the association family-help • Experience and/or training in the field of communication/public relations • Experience and/or training in the field of fundraising • Knowledge of the foundation landscape in German-speaking Switzerland • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working • Profound MS-Office, Canva or InDesign knowledge We offer: • A challenging and versatile activity in a dynamic NGO • A lot of freedom for design • A motivated, supportive and sympathetic team • Contemporary employment conditions • Remuneration is based on the industry-standard salary levels of non-profit organizations.
