You contribute to ensuring that elderly people, people with disabilities, the economically disadvantaged, employers, self-employed persons, and non-employed persons receive understandable information and support regarding their rights and obligations. In this way, you make a direct contribution to a solidary and functioning social insurance system. Do you enjoy undertaking the examination of applications for compensation for loss of earnings (e.g., maternity, care, military service)? Do you take pleasure in carefully processing applications for waiver cases as well as family allowances for non-employed social assistance recipients? Do you enjoy managing the telephone switchboard and the reception area while taking on administrative tasks such as opening, scanning, and distributing mail? Do you value direct contact with the population and maintain calm and an overview even in hectic situations? Then we are looking for exactly you for our team!
