Your role with us • You bear responsibility for the nursing process and professional nursing care • You advise and accompany residents and relatives competently and appreciatively • You coordinate nursing processes and ensure documentation and service recording • You participate in the further development of nursing quality, hygiene and safety • You support the department management in leading a department with 24 residents • In their absence, you take over their deputy role and leadership tasks What you bring with you • Dipl.
