Head of Department for Socio-Pedagogical Family Support (SPF) 80-100%

The Koosa AG has been providing life-world-oriented social work in the areas of accompaniments, mandates, and consultations since 2003. Our core offerings are Socio-Pedagogical Family Support, individual visit accompaniments, guardianships, and clarifications. Our clients are predominantly child and adult protection authorities, guardianships, social welfare offices, and other public administration bodies. We provide our services to families, children, adolescents, and young adults. We are looking for a Head of Department in the area of Socio-Pedagogical Family Support to 80-100% as of September 2026 or by agreement. The employment consists of approximately 40% leadership tasks and, depending on the employment percentage, 40-60% SPF work in families on site. Your tasks in the Head of Department for SPF • You receive SPF inquiries and create offers. • You clarify the initial situation and role of the SPF with the clients before an accompaniment. • You introduce new specialists in the area of SPF. • You coach specialists in the area of SPF on a regular basis. • You are the contact person for clients and SPF specialists in case of challenges in interdisciplinary cooperation and in working with families. • You represent the SPF department in department head meetings and contribute to management topics. Your tasks in Socio-Pedagogical Family Support • You accompany and support families, adolescents, and young adults who are in complex and stressful life situations. • You support parents in their educational competence. • You support adolescents and young adults so that they can develop a sustainable life perspective. • You coordinate the cooperation with involved specialist offices and partners independently.
