What you achieve ## • Independent management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties (with the support of an assistant) • Acceptance and handover of apartments • Verbal and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs, and authorities • Ensuring maintenance and participating in renovation and renewal projects • Periodic assessment of the condition of the properties and creation of condition reports • Creation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning What you bring ## • Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager with a federal certificate of expertise • Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial and residential properties • Driver's license category B and own car required • Secure MS-Office skills, ideally with knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa applications • Service-oriented and customer-focused personality with independent and proactive work style
