Grolley | 80-100% (job sharing possible) This is what you can contribute <br /> • Advise the head of the center and provide leadership in all aspects of readiness, including mobilization • Process the basics of basic and operational readiness and conduct the corresponding controlling • Continuously develop concepts, ensure their implementation, and evaluate readiness preparations and the readiness of crisis management organizations • Design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training in the field of readiness and mobilization at the Armeelogistikcenter Grolley • Be responsible for the situation picture in normal and extraordinary situations at the Armeelogistikcenter level in cooperation with the regions, as well as for logistical operations • Develop, further develop, and implement Business Continuity Management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (Master/Bachelor) and management training with several years of function-relevant experience; in-depth knowledge in the field of logistics as well as in the areas of readiness and mobilization • Officer at the troop body or large unit level; very good knowledge of the military environment and mastery of leadership processes • Networked, analytical, strategic, and business-oriented thinking and action, assertiveness, negotiating and organizational skills, and pronounced social and leadership skills • Agility in the digital work world 4.0 and openness to change; pronounced security awareness and in-depth knowledge in the field of data security • Experience as a trainer and in project management • Very good knowledge of a second official language (B2), very good English skills (B2), and passive knowledge of a third official language (B1) <br /> In brief We are looking for a Head of Readiness for the Armeelogistikcenter Grolley.
